Lead

Description

Lead is a metal with a gray tint. It is so soft that you can work it with your fingernail. The melting point is very low. It has a high density, so it is very heavy compared to other metals. It can shield radiation.

Risks

Lead is highly hazardous to health. Even the consumption of small amounts of lead can ensure a stay in the hospital. The symptoms of lead poisoning are extremely unpleasant. There is danger to life and the treatment can take several years. So far so contaminated weed appeared only in Leipzig, Deutschy, and more than a hundred victims caused there for perplexed doctors, since lead poisoning in Deutschy had last occurred in the 70s and even then not in such a high concentration. It took a while for lead contaminated weed to be identified as a "culprit".

Identification

Consumers report that they detect contamination with lead lead by rubbing a crumb of weed over a piece of white paper. If there are thin, gray lines that are reminiscent of pencil marks, you should dispose of the weed. Unfortunately, the contaminated weedes do not have a consistent appearance and the paper sheet test is not a 100% guarantee.

Brix

Description

Brix is a fertilizer for cannabis plants. It is given to the end of flowering, to provide again for a growth spurt. Supposedly buds should be sprayed with Brix or dipped in it to increase the weight. So far there was no proof about it. Therefore, we consider "Brix" as a synonym for an unknown substance with which the cannabis is contaminated.

Risks

Contaminated weed should never be consumed.

Identification

The weed does not smell as it should, does not taste as it should and does not burn clean with white ash.

Fertilizer

Description

Fertilizer or fertilizer residues in the buds. If the weed plants have not been sufficiently rinsed with water before harvesting, fertilizer remains in the buds. This is usually an excess of phosphorus, nitrogen or potassium.

Risks

Nitrogen: Since nitrogen is part of the breathing air, inhalation should have no consequences. Potassium: Potassium is weakly radioactive. It can make a variety of compounds, the best known is probably the potassium cyanide. Since many substances are released when weed is burnt, it can not be ruled out with certainty that e.g. Potassium cyanide or other carcinogenic compounds are formed. Phosphorus: It can enter various connections. Since the burning of grass releases many substances, it can not be ruled out with certainty that carcinogenic compounds or halogens are formed.

Identification

Nitrogen: Stable growth Leaves dark green Flowering delayed Plant frost and disease susceptible Leaf tissue is spongy and soft Potassium: A stronger surplus causes root burns and calcium or magnesium deficiency. Phosphorus: If the plant absorbs more phosphate than it can in lipids, nucleic acids and adenosine, it stores the excess in the vacuoles as an organically bound form. Phosphatases also help at this point to convert the phosphate back to the inorganic free form. Source: Wikipedia

Glas splinter

Description

Glass has been known since antiquity. It is made by melting preferably silicon (sand). It can also be colored by additives. It has a high hardness compared to metal, so it breaks very easily if it has not been specially heat treated. It can be ground to very small particles, so small that it is almost like flour.

Risks

Glass particles can burst due to the intense heat of combustion. This results in ever smaller particles that can become respirable. Inhaling such particles can cause serious lung damage. The sharp-edged fragments cut into the lung tissue and destroy it.

Identification

The glass particles may already be visible to the naked eye, but in any case with a pocket microscope. If the glass looks very spherical, this is an indication of industrial glass. Broken glass fragments are an indication of normal window glass, which usually breaks sharp-edged.

Rubber/Gum

Description

Rubber is made from natural rubber. It is harvested by rubber trees by scoring the bark. For the rubber to become rubber, it must be vulcanised with sulfur. The color of rubber is usually black, but there are now semi-synthetic rubbers that are colored. If rubber is exposed too long to the sun, it becomes porous, as well as through aging processes. The hardness also increases.

Risks

Health consequences are currently unknown. However, we advise against smoking from rubber. It could be carcinogenic.

Identification

After or when heated, blacky plastically smelling drops fall from the hash down below. After crumbling the fingers are overly smeared with black oily substance. Smoke smells like burned plastic, chemical.

Hair spray

Description

Hair spray (also hair lacquer or spritz) is a common cosmetic hairstyling product that is sprayed onto hair to protect against humidity and wind. Hair sprays typically consist of several components for the hair as well as a propellant. Hair spray are a blend of polymers that provide structural support to hair. These frequently include copolymers of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). Vinyl acetate-crotonic acid copolymers give harder films. In this way hairsprays can be formulated as flexible, medium, and maximum hold.[2] The copolymer mixture is usually adjusted to achieve the desired physical properties (adhesive strength, foaming, etc.), using plasticizers such as aminomethyl propanol, surfactants such as benzalkonium chloride, and other agents like dimethicone. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

The long-term effects of smoking hairspray are unknown. However, due to the solvents and plastics contained in the hairspray, it can be assumed that carcinogenic substances are formed on burning. Cough, sputum, headache and sore throat can be expected in the short term.

Identification

With hair spray as cutting agent in weed, buds are very hard. Grinding is very difficult, the weed breaks down. It smells slightly chemically, a smell that everyone should know and it is sticky. The ashes are very hard and black. Unlike Brix, it does not sparkle when burning.

henna

Description

henna (Arabic: حِنَّاء‎) is a dye prepared from the plant Lawsonia inermis, also known as hina, the henna tree, the mignonette tree, and the Egyptian privet, the sole species of the genus Lawsonia. henna can also refer to the temporary body art (staining) based on those dyes (see also mehndi). henna has been used since antiquity to dye skin, hair and fingernails, as well as fabrics including silk, wool and leather. Historically, henna was used in the Arabian Peninsula, Indian Subcontinent, near and Middle East, parts of Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Carthage, other parts of North Africa and the Horn of Africa. The name is used in other skin and hair dyes, such as black henna and neutral henna, neither of which is derived from the henna plant. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

The consequences of smoking henna are unknown. But since they are also plant parts such as weed, it may be that no other consequences, as to be expected from weed smoking.

Identification

henna is used as cutting agent for hash. The henna powder is simply pressed together with the hash. An identification is hardly possible. When henna powder has been used, the hash burns off with a flowery odor. Source: www.raeucherguru.info

Wood chips

Description

Fine wood chips are a waste product of, for example, carpentry. All types of wood can occur. In the worst case, the chips are painted or from chemically treated wood.

Risks

Smoking wood, especially if it is contaminated, can lead to lung damage. Just the solvents contained or other substances such as pesticides, herbicides or fungicides are known to be carcinogenic. Therefore, it is not recommended to smoke weed or hash, containing wood residues as cutting agent. Such weed or hash should not be consumed. Long-term consequences are unknown.

Identification

Wood chips are visible to the naked eye, possibly very small chips can only be seen under the magnifying glass, especially if the chips are "dusty". Burning produces the typical smell of burned wood or, if it is treated, some kind of chemical smell.

Culinary herbs

Description

All kinds of kitchen herbs are considered, which are green and have no strong odor.

Risks

If the plant parts used as cutting agents do not themselves have psychoactive properties (nightshade plants, etc.), the risk is no higher than when smoking plant material anyway.

Identification

Marijuana with plant parts as cutting agent is relatively rare, because consumers can identify the typical cannabis buds. Marijuana with pea flour: As a rule, such vegetable cutting agent is therefore found in marijuana, which is already sold minced. In these cases, color differences and odor changes are the most obvious warning signs.

Flour

Description

Flour is first and foremost the powder that results from the fine grinding of cereal grains. Flour is obtained from wheat, spelled, emmer, einkorn, rye, oats, barley, millet, corn and rice cereals. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

The burning of flour produces CO2 (carbon dioxide) and H20 (water) as well as incomplete combustion of soot. Inhalation of large quantities of CO2 is harmful to your health. Carbon dioxide dissolved in the blood activates the respiratory center of the brain in physiological and slightly increased concentration. In significantly higher concentration, it leads to the reduction or abolition of the reflexive respiratory stimulus, first for respiratory depression and finally for respiratory arrest. About acidweb 5% carbon dioxide in the inhaled air causes headaches and dizziness, at higher concentrations accelerated heart rate (tachycardia), increased blood pressure, shortness of breath and unconsciousness, the so-called carbon dioxide anesthesia. Carbon dioxide concentrations of 8% lead to death within 30 to 60 minutes. Source: Wikipedia We do not recommend smoking weed cutted with flour because of the consequences above.

Identification

The cutted marijuana is yellowish or light green and often moist. The weed looks very "shiny". But that's the applied flour. To test, soak a small corner in water. After some time, the flour dissolves from marijuana.

PK13/14

Description

Phosphorus / potassium fertilizer

Risks

As for the health risks of smoking phosphorus and potassium, unfortunately, can not be answered concretely. We can only advise against any consumption. The reports go from: Problems with the thyroid gland, incredible headaches and flu-like symptoms.

Identification

Unusual glittering of the buds under direct, bright light. Uncutted marijuana would possibly also glitter slightly (trichomes), but smaller and less noticeable. Cutted weed sparkles reddish or bluish depending on the light. The typical marijuana smell is, if the goods were not previously of inferior quality, still clearly present, as the fertilizer in contrast to Brix does not wrap around the weed like cling film. However, especially when compared to a clean flowering of the same variety and quality, one can perceive a minimal, non-cannabis side odor that is easily reminiscent of urine. If you press the flower, this smell intensifies a little. The consistency of the cutted marijuana is a bit "more fluffy" than before, the flower is not so hard and is slightly more easily falling apart when pressed. Under a microscope, unlike Brix, there is hardly any difference to clean goods, such as glued trichomes or this brix-typical cover look. The burn-off behavior of fertilizer cutted marijuana is also much less noticeable than Brix. The above-described slightly atypical, urine-like odor is increased a bit when it burns, it smells unpleasant. Although the ash is not directly greasy / oily, but is blacker, "dirty" and less fluffy than untreated product.

Pesticides

Description

Pesticides are substances that are meant to control pests, including weeds. The term pesticide includes all of the following: herbicide, insecticides (which may include insect growth regulators, termiticides, etc.) nematicide, molluscicide, piscicide, avicide, rodenticide, bactericide, insect repellent, animal repellent, antimicrobial, fungicide, disinfectant (antimicrobial), and sanitizer. The most common of these are herbicides which account for approximately 80% of all pesticide use. Most pesticides are intended to serve as plant protection products (also known as crop protection products), which in general, protect plants from weeds, fungi, or insects. In general, a pesticide is a chemical or biological agent (such as a virus, bacterium, or fungus) that deters, incapacitates, kills, or otherwise discourages pests. Target pests can include insects, plant pathogens, weeds, molluscs, birds, mammals, fish, nematodes (roundworms), and microbes that destroy property, cause nuisance, or spread disease, or are disease vectors. Although pesticides have benefits, some also have drawbacks, such as potential toxicity to humans and other species. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

Residues of pesticides should not be smoked. There may be all kinds of chemical compounds, which are then consumed. We therefore advise against smoking weed contaminated with residues!

Identification

The recognition is difficult. Without a laboratory analysis, only coarse residues can be detected, such as neem oil. In addition, the combustion of the weed may be affected or strange smell.

salvia

Description

salvia divinorum (colloquially, for example, fortune sage) is the botanical name of an evergreen, perennial plant. As a psychoactive ingredient, it contains salvinorin A, a diterpene in all parts of the plant (leaves = highest concentration). Salvinorin A is the (currently known) most potent naturally occurring hallucinogen. Already 1 mg can cause strong effects. The concentration in the leaves is around 0.8-4 mg / g. However, the active ingredient content may vary. 0.2-0.4 g of dried leaves can already develop their full spectrum when smoked. The intensity is dependent on the smoke technology. Source: drugscouts.de

Risks

Sometimes extreme sweats occur. Especially with inexperienced consumers or with unexpectedly strong effects, anxiety, panic and, above all, disorientation can easily occur. Sometimes users run around without paying attention to the environment. This can lead to accidents. So there is a real danger of unintentionally injuring yourself physically without an attendant, even if this condition does not last very long. It also happens that sometimes the consumer no longer knows that he / she has taken a drug. These side effects are dose-dependent. Source: drugscouts.de Due to the side effects, we advise against smoking such weed!

Identification

Weed, which is cutted with coarse salvia, should be recognized even with the naked eye, also by the smell. But if it has been crumbled with weed, you need a magnifying glass. Even then, detection is difficult, as salvia is green like weed. If you've already consumed it, effects such as LSD occur for a short time.

sand

Description

sand contamination is not always due to intentional marijuana cutting. Sometimes small amounts of sand and earth can also be found naturally in marijuana.

Risks

The President of the Deutsch Society for Pneumology (Pulmonology) Dieter Köhler fears that the inhalation of sand or glass in the long term can lead to serious pneumonia. Acute side effects have not been reported to us by consumers.

Identification

Marijuana contaminated with sand and other mineral cutting agents is relatively easy to identify. Often the smallest contaminants precipitate and form a recognizable layer at the bottom of the vessel (e.g., plastic bags, Ziplock). In other cases, consumers could detect sandy contaminants by placing a small sample of marijuana in their mouths. sand falls by crunching and recognizable "crumbs on the tongue" on.

Mold

Description

A mold (US) or mould (UK / NZ / AU / ZA / IN / CA / IE) is a fungus that grows in the form of multicellular filaments called hyphae. In contrast, fungi that can adopt a single-celled growth habit are called yeasts. Molds are a large and taxonomically diverse number of fungal species in which the growth of hyphae results in discoloration and a fuzzy appearance, especially on food. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

Since there are almost infinitely many mold fungi species, we give here the Risks for the well-known mold (blue, thread-spreading, name: Aspergillus) from the kitchen. The ability of the watering can mold to live on many different substrates under a wide range of environmental conditions means that some species may also overgrow living or dead tissues of humans or animals. The infestation of living tissue is the trigger of various diseases. However, such an infestation is always random, since all Aspergillus species are actually Saprobionten. In addition to direct tissue involvement, many Aspergillus species produce toxic or allergenic secondary metabolites. As always, we advise against any consumption. Source: Source: Wikipedia

Identification

Mold exudes a nasty-musty smell. The mold is, depending on the degree of mold, very clearly recognizable on the weed by white, knobbly points or a kind of milky-cloudy, furry veil.

skosværte

Description

Shoe polish (or boot polish) is a waxy paste, cream, or liquid used to polish, shine, and waterproof leather shoes or boots to extend the footwear's life, and restore, maintain and improve their appearance. Wax-based shoe polish Waxes, organic solvents, and dyes compose this type of polish. Waxes are 20-40% of the material. Natural waxes include carnauba and montan as well as synthetic waxes. The composition is determined by a balance of hardness and polishing properties after solvent has evaporated. Solvents are selected to match the waxes. About acidweb 70% of shoe polish is solvent. A variety of solvents are used including naphtha. Turpentine, although more expensive, is favored for its "shoe polish odor." Dyes make up the final 2-3% of the polish. A traditional dye is nigrosine, but other dyes (including azo dyes) and pigments are used for oxblood, cordovan, and brown polishes. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

The smoking of waxes and oils is hazardous to health. We strongly advise against it!

Identification

Shoe polish, more specifically hard wax shoe polish, can be used to cut hash. If the hash is heated too much, it will melt and settle from the rest of the hash. When the hash is burned, fumes are produced by the wax, which can smell of perfume when the shoe cream contains perfumes. By this, cutted hash can be recognized.

Spider mite

Description

Spider mites are members of the Acari (mite) family Tetranychidae, which includes about 1,200 species. They generally live on the undersides of leaves of plants, where they may spin protective silk webs, and they can cause damage by puncturing the plant cells to feed. Spider mites are known to feed on several hundred species of plants. Source: Wikipedia

Risks

It is not recommended to smoke corpses of spider mites on weed. For the most part, the organic material that is burned produces more CO2, which is then additionally inhaled. In addition, the bodies may be contaminated with fertilizer residues and pesticides.

Identification

Spider mites are less than 1 mm (0.04 in) in size and vary in color. They lay small, spherical, initially transparent eggs and many species spin silk webbing to help protect the colony from predators; they get the "spider" part of their common name from this webbing. Source: Wikipedia

Sugar

Description

Sugar is the generic name for sweet-tasting, soluble carbohydrates, many of which are used in food. There are various types of sugar derived from different sources. Simple sugars are called monosaccharides and include glucose (also known as dextrose), fructose, and galactose. The "table sugar" or "granulated sugar" most customarily used as food is sucrose, a disaccharide of glucose and fructose. Sugar is used in prepared foods (e.g., cookies and cakes) and is added to some foods and beverages (e.g., coffee and tea). Source: Wikipedia

Risks

In many cases, consumers of sugar-cutted marijuana report a strong coughing sensation. This is often accompanied by sore throat depending on the amount consumed. The burning of sugar produces a variety of carcinogenic substances. Additional risk arises from the finest drops of caramel, which are inhaled and deposited in the lungs.

Identification

Clearly recognizable by the sweet taste. Sugar contaminated weed also burns badly and leaves a hard ash. Individual consumers have begun to test their supplies with glucose testing because of the high prevalence of marijuana cutted with sugar (water).

Other metals

Description

Metals of all kinds can be used to cut weed. For this, the fine chips that are produced during metalworking can be used. For some metals like zinc for examplethe boiling temperatures are comparatively low. The burning of weed (and tobacco) creates temperatures up to 1000 ° C. Low boiling point metals evaporate and are inhaled with the smoke directly into the lungs.

Risks

Long-term effects of inhaling metal gases are not known. All possible failures of bodily functions can occur for a short time if consumed. Therefore, it is not recommended to consume grass stretched with metals!

Identification

Some metals can be identified with a magnet. The weed is attracted to the magnet or metal shavings stick to the magnet. As another option, a magnifying glass can be used or one already recognizes the metal chips with the naked eye. If the chips are rubbed on paper, silvery-gray residues can remain on the paper.

Unkown contamination

Description

The contamination can not be determined. Something is wrong with the weed or hash.

Risks

Health consequences unknown.

Identification

The weed or hash smells, tastes or does not burn as it should.

Talk powder

Description

Talc is a matte white shimmering mineral. It feels soapy and greasy, which is why it is also called soapstone.

Risks

Smoked talcum can cause serious health damage, especially in the respiratory tract. Continued use can lead to silicosis, a lung disease known as the typical occupational disease of miners. It is caused by the inhalation of minute talcum particles and their deposition in lung tissue.

Identification

Talc powder shall make sure that the marijuana looks resinous and heavier. Recognition can be achieved by dropping a bud on a smooth, black surface. If there are small white crumbs around the bud, this could be a sign of talcum. Talc powder cutted weed is very white, but with hardly any typical weed smell.

Synthetic-cannabinoids

Description

Incense is a composition of various herbal ingredients and mostly synthetic cannabinoids. By laboratory tests in the Federal Republic of Deutschy almost 60 synthetic cannabinoids (rarely also synthetic opioids, eg AH-7921) have been detected in incense mixtures. However, hitherto completely unknown psychoactive substances may be included whose (side and alternating) effects are hardly estimable. Incense mixes are sold in small packets of metal foil on the Internet or in head shops for room air flavoring. Consumers smoke the mixtures mostly in pipes, joints, bongs or vaporizers, very rarely they are also consumed orally. On the market there are currently many different brand name incense brands such as Bonzai, Maya, Mind, Bomb Marley, Kush, PI, Millennium, Jamaican Gold Extreme, Amnesia, Blackjack and Space. Even if products have the same name and are from the same manufacturer, they can contain different substances. Synthetic cannabinoids are also available as pure substances in plastic bags and can be taken nasally or orally, but also smoked, eg. with herbs or tobacco. Their consumption, however, is far less common. Source: drugscouts.de

Risks

Synthetic cannabinoids are much more potent than cannabis because they are full agonists, meaning that all cannabinoid receptors in the brain and body are fully stimulated, not just some, as in cannabis, to some extent, so the risk of overdose is much higher. In addition, some synthetic cannabinoids react much longer or very different than cannabis. Users often report circulatory problems, anxiety, severe panic attacks or horror trips with the death wish. Source: drugscouts.de

Identification

Blends of herbal mixtures with synthetic cannabinoids can be detected by naked eye if it is not crumbled weed. But if you have shredded weed, you have to pick up a magnifying glass. Then you may still recognize what is weed and what not.

Aftrykket | Vi påpeger, at enhver brug af cannabis til nydelsesformål er en forbrydelse og ikke tilskynder nogen til at forbruge.
